This is an absolutely amazing company which puts Customer Service and finished product ahead of what many companies simply accept as “just get it done.” With all the recent heavy rains, cutting last week was an impossibility. When Latitude came to cut this week we assumed that the lawn was going to have clumps everywhere, as we have seen in the past.

This crew wasn’t here to just “cut the grass.” They toiled for several hours, cutting, cutting again, and cutting a third time, with each cut reaching for a specific goal – customer satisfaction.

Excellent work, knowledgeable, professional, very hard working crew and cleaned up completely. Hauled away all trimming and cuttings.

You don’t see that level of work ethic today and it was quite refreshing. I would recommend them without question for any service they specialize in that you need.

Five stars all around! Such a professional crew that works so hard! They totally redid my backyard when we moved in and it has never looked better. 100% recommend them for any job!
