Turf Pest Management

To control and prevent insects above and below soil

Lawn pest damage often goes unnoticed and unchecked until major damage has occurred.  In many cases diseases are blamed for it.  A healthy turf grass and soil support a large and diverse community of insects, but only 4% of insects found are pests.  The remaining percentage are predators, parasites, scavengers or decomposers.  Many common pests include grubs, chinch bugs, and army worms.

Scavengers are moles, raccoons, skunks, lady bugs.

From mid February to mid April, We offer mole capturing services to reduce the population and minimize site mounds on your turf area.  Sometimes we can reduce to zero the activity of moles!  When moles have been a problem for any length of time, trapping is the most effective process when done over long periods of time.  We charge a $35 one time non refundable sign up fee and $45 per mole thereafter.  If there are no mole captures, there will not be any additional charges.  These traps do not present any danger to humans or pets.
